Working in Belgium
You received a qualified job offer in Belgium?
We help you obtain a single permit and start your professional activity in a legal, stable, and secure framework.
You were recruited, but procedures are blocking your arrival?
Every year, many highly qualified non-European profiles see their project put on hold due to lack of permit:
- Uncertain delays from administration
- Employer lost in the formalities
- Incomplete or rejected file
- Lack of visibility on steps to follow
You are ready to realize your project. Our mission is to secure your status without delay or error.
Who can benefit from the single permit for highly qualified workers?
This procedure is for non-European nationals who have received a job offer in Belgium with a gross annual salary above the regional threshold or who hold a position requiring high technical or scientific skills:
(engineering, IT, R&D, healthcare, etc.) and who are under an employment contract with an employer established in Belgium (permanent, fixed-term ≥ 1 year).
The single permit combines work authorization and residence permit, and can also include family reunification.
