The firm’s history
Halabi & Associates was born from a simple but strong conviction: immigration is a human adventure, not just an administrative file.
Founded by Maître Emmanuelle Halabi, lawyer at the Brussels bar for over 25 years and holder of the specialist title in immigration law, the firm was built around an engaged vision of the profession.
Over the years, it has become a space where legal competence rhymes with listening, humanity and commitment.
From the start, Maître Halabi wanted to go further than the technical processing of files. What drives her is the idea of defending life paths, removing administrative obstacles to allow everyone to build a dignified, stable and serene future in Belgium.
Over time, she has gathered around her a united and complementary team of lawyers sharing the same values.
Each file is handled in a personalized way, with dual follow-up and a tailored approach.
